Cambridge/London Support and Social Groups

I had a phonecall yesterday from one of the GPs at our practice; she's just been approached by an FTM patient and wondered if I knew of any support or social groups in Cambridge or London.

Being utterly clueless in such matters (bar the knowledge of TransLondon), I'm asking, do any of you know of any such animals in Cambridge or London UK?
